KOMM MIT
Travel Guide

The tournaments in Spain are offered for 5 nights.
Exception: Copa Santa with 4 nights and Copa Cataluna/Spain Trophy with 6 nights.
All tournaments, except Copa Cataluna/Spain Trophy, offer additional days so that you can extend to 7 nights.
Depending on the number of teams per age group, the final round starts with the sixteenth final and then runs through to the final.
As a rule, each group books a hotel category and not a specific, named hotel.
The hotel name will be announced approximately 10-14 days before arrival, provided that the remaining payment has been made.
KOMM MIT will allocate rooms based on the number of children/adults, unless the group has any wishes.
Children are usually accommodated in triple and quadruple rooms and accompanying adults in double rooms.
All Schengen citizens can easily travel to Spain with their identity card; there is no visa requirement for them.
Citizens from countries that are not members of the Schengen Agreement must obtain separate information about entering Spain in their country, ideally at the Spanish consulate or the Spanish embassy.
The first point of contact is the KOMM MIT tournament office in Malgrat de Mar. All groups are welcomed there and receive information about their stay and the game schedule.
All soccer fields in Spain are equipped with artificial turf.
Yes, the tournament office in Riccione is staffed by multilingual staff. There are local German and English-speaking contacts on every soccer field.
There are multi-bed rooms. Single or double rooms are available at an additional cost.
Bologna (140 km away), Ancona (80 km away), as well as more distant airports such as Perugia, Pescara or Venice.
The preliminary round is played on the first days, the final round on the penultimate and last day of the tournament. In between, the groups have free time.
KOMM MIT organizes international youth soccer tournaments with experienced partner organizations and a smooth process.
The game is played on high-quality artificial turf and natural grass fields. The Olympic opening and closing ceremonies are a highlight.
Italy also offers wonderful beaches, cultural highlights and various excursion options.
Spain offers KOMM MIT accommodation in 2*, 3* and 4* hotels.
2* hotels in Spain are usually slightly smaller houses. They are kept simple in terms of equipment and offerings, such as the buffet selection, the size of the lobby and the rooms.
The 3* hotels in Spain are often slightly larger and furnished to good middle-class standards. The offer at the hotel is good but not luxurious.
A 4* hotel in Spain offers “more” of everything than a 3* hotel. As a rule, 4* hotels are recent construction dates or renovated 3* hotels. Here, the 3* standard has been further expanded, e.g. at the buffet or in the pool and there is animation.
